God's love is so wonderful Oh! wonderful love So high we can't get over it So deep we can't get under it So wide, we can't get round it Oh! wonderful love

Make me a channel of your peace
Where there is hatred let me bring your love
Where there is injury your pardon, Lord
And where there's doubt true faith in you.
Oh, master grant that I may never seek
So much to be consoled as to console
To be understood as to understand
To be loved as to love with all my soul.
Make me a channel of your peace
It is in pardoning that we are pardoned
In giving to all men that we receive
And in dying that we're born to eternal life.
Make me a channel of your peace
Where there's despair in life let me bring hope
Where there is darkness only light
And where there's sadness every joy.

There shall be showers of blessings
This is the promise of love
There shall be seasons refreshing
Sent from the Saviour above Showers of blessing
Showers of blessings we need
Mercy drops round us are falling
But for the showers we plead.
There shall be showers of blessing
Sent them upon us O Lord Grant to us now a refreshing
Come and now honer Thy word.

Lead kindly light amid the encircling gloom
Lead Thou me on
The night is dark, and I am far from home
Lead Thou me on Keep Thou my feet; I do not ask to see
The distant scence, one step enough for me.
I was not ever thus, nor prayed that thou
Shouldst lead me on;
I loved to choose and see my path; but now
Lead Thou me on
I loved the garsh day; and spite of fears
Pride ruled my will; remember not pas years.
So Long thy power hath blestme, sure it till
Will lead me on
O'er moor and fen,o'er crag and torrent, till
The night is gone
And with the morn those Angel faces smile,
Which I have long since, and lost a while.

O give thanks to the Lord, for he is good (3)
Yes, eternal is his love
I will sing to my God never ceasing All my life,
I will tell of his wonders:
He's the maker of all earth and heaven,
Of the ocean, the seas and all they hold.
The almighty is faithful for ever:
He is just to the poor and the outraged:
It is he who gives bread to the hungry.
Who delivers the captives from their chains.

Give me peace, O Lord, I pray.
In my work and in my play.
And inside my heart and mind,
Lord, give me peace.
To the world give peace,
I pray, Let all quarrels cease to-day.
May we spread your light and love,
Lord, Give us peace.

The world stands in need of liberation my Lord,
It still has to feel your power,
The blind and the deaf, the dumb and the maimed,
All need to feel your healing touch,
The world stands in need liberation, my Lord,
It still has to learn to love.
There are those who have eyes but refuse to see the inhumanity that's done.
There are those who have ears but refuse to hear the cries of those in agony.
There are those who have mouths but refuse to speak against injust done.
There are those who have hands but refuse to reach them out in love and charity.
There are those who have talents they do not use to build a true community
And we know that we all have the talent to love but leave it buried in ourselves.

There are numerous strings in your lute
Let me add my own-among them.
Then when you smite your cords,
My heart will break its silence,
And my heart will be one with your song.
Admit your numberless stars,
Let me place my own little lamp.
In the dance of your festival of lights,
My heart will throb and My life will be one with your smile.
